As the Director of curriculum and instruction, I oversee the educational aspects of the school district. This includes selecting curricula, monitoring student performance data, training and collaborating with teachers, and keeping the superintendent and school board informed.

As an instructional coach, my responsibility is to bring evidence-based practices into the classroom by working with teachers and school leaders. These practices are aligned to our district's mission, vision, and core beliefs to increase student engagement, improve student achievement, and build teacher capacity in our school.
