The Iola High School Building Trades students have just completed the USD 257 Building Trades House at 405 North McGuire (The house is north of the Miller/Cottonwood intersection in the "Cedarbrook Estates" edition of Iola).
Now that the house is finished, the school district has scheduled an open house for our USD 257 Building Trades Home for Wednesday, May 9th from 4:30-6:00 pm. Students, staff, parents, and community members are welcome to come and view the work that our students have done on the building project at 405 North McGuire during this time.
The minimum asking price for the house is $95,000.00 (sealed bids are now being accepted)
