Mr. Crusinbery received his B.S. in Elementary Education from Emporia State University in 1999.  His teaching experience includes teaching Language Arts and Social Studies for five years.  During this time he completed his Masters Degree in Administration and School Leadership through Emporia State University.  Mr. Crusinbery was assistant principal at Iola Middle School for three years before becoming principal at Jefferson Elementary in 2007.
